Arrival & Entry

Please have your ticket ready on arrival (digital or printed).
QR codes will be scanned at the entrance.

You’re free to come and go throughout the day, so don’t feel like you need to do everything in one go.

Peak arrival times may have short queues, especially late morning.

Getting Around

The event is split across clearly signposted areas within the venue, including:

Main Hall (vendors, autographs, photo opportunities)
Panel Room
Chill Out / Quiet Space
Additional features throughout the venue

You’ll receive a printed programme on arrival with a full layout and schedule to help you plan your day.

Panels & Talks

Panels run across both days in the dedicated panel space.

Seating is first come, first served (There is some seats reserved for VIP), so we recommend arriving early for sessions you don’t want to miss.

Where possible, there will be opportunities for audience Q&A.

Photo Shoots

All professional photo shoots are pre-booked.

Please arrive at your scheduled time, (These will be posted prior to event). Late arrivals may miss their slot.

Each ticket includes one photo unless otherwise stated.

Digital downloads will be provided after the event.

Autographs & Selfies

Available across the weekend.

Autographs and selfies can be pre-booked or purchased on the day.

Guests will have official photos available to sign, and personal items may be signed at their discretion.

Vendors & Artists

Take your time exploring our curated selection of artists, makers, and independent businesses.

This isn’t a rushed marketplace. It’s a space to discover something different, meet the people behind the work, and find pieces you won’t see everywhere else.

Throughout the weekend, selected vendors and partners will also be hosting live workshops and interactive sessions.

From hands-on creativity to behind-the-scenes insight, these sessions are designed to let you get involved, learn something new, or just try something a little different.

Chill Out & Wellbeing Space

Need a break from the noise?

Our chill out space is available throughout the day for anyone who needs a quieter, lower-stimulation environment.

Please be mindful of others using this space.

Shared Sight Film Festival

Alongside the main event, we’ll be hosting the Shared Sight Film Festival in collaboration with Graeae Horror.

Across the weekend, you’ll be able to experience a curated selection of independent horror films, including feature screenings and short film blocks from emerging and established filmmakers.

Whether you stay for a full screening or drop in between exploring the event, it’s another way to discover new voices and stories within horror.

Screening times and film details will be available in your programme.
